This week's news person was determined by internal balloting within the editorial office of the downtown studio. We won't take up the space necessary to list all the principles of journalism that were considered, but certainly stamina was one which allowed CNN's NATALIE ALLEN to prevail in this first poll, due to the long shifts that these people endure.
